Bangkok, Thailand Hotel & Resort Guest Reviews
"Once again I began and ended my Thai holiday with a 2-night stay at the Nana Hotel. I have stayed here several times before, over a span of 17 years. It is a mature, sensible hotel with all the usual facilities - new swimming pool on the 3rd floor, refurbished bathrooms with bathtub and shower, enormous beds, an efficient 24-hour coffee shop and inclusive breakfasts. Wi-fi available, and PC s for hire at 1 baht per minute in the hotel lobby. I found the staff attentive and friendly. There is no need to be distracted by the raunchy goings-on of the Nana Plaza across the street, but if you enjoy that sort of thing, it certainly is there. Gentlemen are allowed to bring overnight guests to their room with discretion, I believe, but id s are carefully checked. Around the hotel there are many more respectable amusements also. I like to sit outside the Strikers Bar across the Soi, have a few iced beers, maybe a bowl of spicy Thai street food, and watch the amazing world go by. Better than any David Attenborough nature program!"
"Location is great, just outside the Chong Nongsi ststion.Stayed at the new wing, room is tastefully furnished and comfortable.Buffet breakfast is a bit disappointing in selection and almost unchanged in the 5 days we stayed. Once we arrived late about 10am, there were only leftovers with no signs of replenishing.Overall, its still value for money and will recommend friends to book this hotel"

"very clean hotel, i recommend it for a stay in Bangkok because it is near BTS ( sky train ) of Bangkok in Nana station , and you can go any where in the city easily , also the staffs of hotel are very kind and they help travelers in any case,"
"Rooms are in good shape, small bar with a pool table outside lobby.During my stay, hotel had persistant problem with electronic room card key, front desk had to reset card every 3-4 uses.Wi-fi in rooms 202,404, 601 was down 50% or more of the time."
"Overall, my 3 days stay at Nantra De Comfort in Bangkok considered vale for money. One thing I could comment is about the location not easy to find as my wife & me took about an hour to find the hotel during raining days. We been asking around the people on the street, but most of them never heard about Nantra De Comfort, hence unable to tell us the actual location. We ONLY able to locate it until one of the jewellery shop owner call the hotel & tell us the hotel located between Soi 5 to Soi 7 inside a lane. I have sent an e-mail to the hotel asking for the transportaion from BKK airport to get there 2 weeks before, BUT I never receive any feedback or reply for the hotel. My wife & myself will choose others better location hotel in Bangkok for next visit to Thailand."
"room was bad and smelly. We changed hotel after first night. Breakfast was cold. Will not recommend or stay in this hotel ever again"
"Zenith has perfect location but keeping in view their charges, the facilitties provided at their rooms does not match. For example they provided us a old 21 inch tv & there is no wifi in the room. Like wise our room electricity was gone three times but it was fixed by their engineers. The only plus point is its location near arab community."
"Will not stay here again."
"The hotel made my honeymoon stay awesome as I got an auto upgrade to the Executive Lounge because the hotel was overbooked the day I came. The lounge was on the 23rd floor and a corner room with a magnificent city view, nice dining hall , drawing room. All the rooms were very spacious and service wa s prompt. Also, staffs here are rather fluent in English so did not face much language issues. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"
"I thought this was a great deal. Didn t hear any of stuff some reviews complained of. Place was new and clean, staff was friendly. We will be returning this weekend."
"Location is good. Pretty near to BTS. Hotel wise, room smells of stale cigarettes, decor is old. Hot water in shower is not exactly hot, water pressure is too low.Room safe wasn t working. Complained for the 3 nights I stayed there but nobody turn up to fix it even till the day I checked out.Breakfast is normal 3 star standards. Nothing fantastic, nothing to shout about.Seems pretty popular with the North Asians as they were the majority in the hotel. Will try other hotels next time. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"
"Really appreciate transfer service from the airport."
"Staff is nice and rooms are new. Good location off main street and far enough away you do not hear traffic. The middle rooms can be a bit cozy if you get booked into one." |

The on-line bookings were handled very well. Check the various receipts etc which arrive to make sure your booking has been accepted, and look out for and print the Voucher which they send you. Without that you won t be able to stay!,

ask for novotel and got amari which is not as good as novotel,
