Specially in Thailand since my wife is Thai.I always love my travelling in thailand since thai attitude for service is very good.We choose to stay at Ratilanna this time since we had a very pleasent stay at this hotel December 2006, before grand opening. There is always very friendly and helpful staff to assist you all time. I can honestly say one of the best hotels i have been to. I stayed in a deluxe suite, Exceptional value for money, the website does not do it justice, you would pay four times more for this level anywhere else. Für die Sparfüchse." |

I stayed there for 4 nights and found the service and staff superb!The food was great and the hotel and location were perfect! By far the best of all were the staff who were always glad to help. Breafast was great beside the river, peaceful and serene great pool area. Little far from city centre so you have to catch tuktuk who double the normal prices and the mozzies carry you away." |

We were not aware of this when we booked, and we felt that the resort should have done more to communicate this (like a notice on the website, etc.). We were disappointed with the current state of the resort, but when completed, the RatiLanna will be very beautiful. It is right by the river and the restaurant is outside where you can overlook the river. The pool area is also beautiful." |
