They were well entertained in the Kids World. But I wish they have more activities for the kids without charging a fee for it. Eg, batik handkerchief painting cost 350B for a large one.Breakfast was superb. Huge variety. I love the ginger and lemongrass hot tea. They also have a small corner for local desserts. Thumb up for this.Room was clean and lights were bright and 2 tvs and 2 DVD player in each room. However no wifi in the room. No bedroom slippers, toothbrush nor toothpaste are provided.Hotel is like a 7 mins walk to the beach. Lot of eateries at the beach so no worries abt no food. There is also 3 restaurants outside the hotel, a mini-mart which is great for buying drinks, titbits, suntan lotion etc. Thumb up for the massage parlour located outside the hotel. Good massage, price the same as in Patong.Hotel is like a 20-30 mins ride to Patong. A single trip costs abt 400-500B. If you like nite-life, this place might not be suitable for you.We enjoyed our stay there. I will visit it again in the future.I have tried to contact this hotel because we want to make a surprise to one of my friends whose birthday on the same month. They only replied me that I should contact to the hotel staff. I think it is better if they transfer my request to the suitable department. At last, we went out to celebrate with my friend." |
Great, we have used it before and never had a problem. It is very much set up for Swedish guests and if you re not Swedish then you re very much overlooked. The kids club is only for Swedish kids and not conducted in English so is pretty useless for non-Swedish speakers. The other criticism is that the music from the restaurant, or entertainment at night is so loud and for absolutely no reason. Overall the staff are pleasant but do cater mainly for Swedish families. The rooms are big and functional, bathrooms are small and need updating. All in all, it s fine, just a standard family resort." |
