used Hotel & Resort Club before and will use again, December 9, 2009 by gary eddington Visit Date:December 1, 2009 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "we stayed for 9 nights in a sea view room - and what a view it was.Overlooking chaewang beach and out to sea it was breathtaking. the hotel was quiet but that suited us fine. the food was excellent and the staff were really friendly and always had a smile on their face.they struggled a little with the language barrier but this made it more fun. the shuutle service to lamai beach was great so you had the best of both worlds the beach or the pool. i have stayed at the amari, chaewang beach resort and the centara in the past but when we go back again we will be coming back to this hotel as value for money £37 per night for 2 inc brekky.if you intend to go to koh samui then stay here if you want a relaxing holiday without being too far away from all the action <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

The food at the restaurant was great, Thai and other. The 4 pools were really beautiful. It was quite quiet when we were there, which was even better. Breakfast was OK. Staff were friendly. We d stay there again. Good value for money. The hotel can work around the food slightly as they have limited choices and may not suit the taste of every international traveller and it is not possible to travel 8 kms each for lunch and dinner to Chaweng. Also the towels and bedsheets need a little more attention. Otherwise, the hotel is very nice to stay as the staff is also friendly and services are good and I would recommend it strongly. Value for money, truly." |
